Reimagining healthcare in Australia: the journey from telehealth to 21st century design

Opportunity: This project examined the impact of government and industry-led policy and service delivery changes in response to the outbreak of COVID-19 and explored how Australia could move toward a truly reimagined healthcare system enabled by digital technologies.

Determining consumer preferences and experiences regarding telehealth and embedding the consumer into reimagining healthcare in Australia

Opportunity: The COVID-19 pandemic accelerated the adoption of telehealth across Australia, but little was known about how consumers experienced and valued virtual care. This project addressed a significant evidence gap by examining consumer preferences, experiences and expectations regarding telehealth and its future role within Australia's healthcare system.
