This project aims to evaluate and optimise the implementation of a digital patient journey solution, Florence, in outpatient clinics across Sydney Local Health District. Specifically, it aims to:

1. Investigate the impact of Florence on patient and staff experience, clinic workflow, and costs
2. Via an action-research approach, identify implementation strategies that facilitate uptake of Florence by clinic staff and patients
3. Use predictive analytics to generate actionable insights to improve clinic efficiency
