Opportunity: Virtual hospitals are emerging as a critical model of care for delivering hospital-level services remotely. Patient-facing mobile applications play an increasingly important role in supporting remote monitoring and patient engagement, yet evidence on their real-world impact remains limited. This project sought to address this gap by evaluating the use of a patient-facing application within Australia's first virtual hospital for acute respiratory care.
