This project created a secure, integrated health data platform that connects information from general practice and hospitals across Western Sydney, to help clinicians can gain a more complete view of patient care journeys and make better-informed decisions to improve health outcomes.
Opportunity: Identify robust statistical and data science methods for addressing challenges of comparing clinicians and interpreting healthcare information with respect of quality, cost and outcomes, while also identifying opportunities to reduce low-value care.
