Ms Smith’s PhD aims to better understand the capabilities that are needed to lead and govern digital health transformations in order for these programs to achieve their intended outcomes.
The DHCRC recognises Ms Smith’s long-term objective is to improve the outcomes of digital health investments by developing the capability of board members and executives to lead and govern transformational change.
