Ms Tsou’s PhD aims to better understand the capabilities that are needed to deliver existing and new telehealth approaches. DHCRC recognises Ms Tsou’s long-term objective is to improve the outcomes of digital health investments in telehealth by developing and presenting a best practice telehealth toolkit.
