The project aims to improve understanding of how health information is communicated between healthcare teams, referring general practitioners and patients of Women’s Health Road. This will be done by reviewing clinical software used within the health clinic and conducting interviews with health professionals and patients to understand their perspectives about the current pathways used to communicate about women’s health issues via the clinic.
Project Objective
- Explore how health information is communicated between healthcare teams, referring practitioners and patients in a Women’s Health clinic.
- Explore the experiences of stakeholders receiving care via a multidisciplinary Women’s Health model.
- Describe the role of digital technologies supporting multidisciplinary Women’s Healthcare models.
