This project aims to explore health professionals’ confidence in interpreting patient-reported measures to improve service delivery. The work will support Global Health Partners to enhance the user experience with their digital front door platform, by providing insights into how health professionals make sense of these data so that digital solutions can be enhanced to visualise patient-reported measures data to influence health professionals practice. The project would involve interviews with health professionals and other end-users of the data set to understand how they are interpreting data presented through the platform and identify opportunities to enhance the interface to maximise the usability of the data for service delivery.

- Understand the strengths and weaknesses of a digital solution for presenting patient-reported measures to health professionals.
- Develop recommendations on how to enhance a digital solution for presenting patient-reported measures to health professionals to enhance the actionability of these data.
