This internship project aims to answer the following research questions:
- How aware of equity issues are health professionals when delivering Virtual Hospital services?
- What strategies do health professionals within Virtual Hospitals use to identify patients with low levels of digital literacy?
- What are the barriers and enablers to supporting patients with low levels of digital literacy in the context of Virtual Hospitals?
Project Objectives
- Understand health professionals’ awareness of equity issues when delivering Virtual Hospital services
