During learning

- Format: Via a mobile phone app.
- Duration: 7 hours and 35 minutes of content including resources.
- Content: Designed by health professionals and university and industry subject matter experts.
After learning
- You will receive your digital credential: a verified digital badge awarded by the Digital Health CRC.

By the end of module 1, ‘Telehealth: The Basics’, learners will be able to:
- Discuss the use of telehealth care by health professionals in Australia.
- Describe the possibilities and limitations in a telehealth setting encountered by health professionals in Australia. Explain the key consumer benefits delivered through telehealth when offered by health professionals.
- Explain the people, systems, and processes challenges impacting effective delivery of telehealth by health professionals.
- Review current telehealth guidelines and best practices aimed at improving healthcare and navigating challenges.
By the end of module 2, ‘Applying Your Telehealth Knowledge’, learners will be able to:
- Discover ways of improving healthcare professionals’ confidence and skill levels in a telehealth setting.
- Discover ways healthcare professionals can enhance the delivery of effective, efficient, and safe telehealth services.
- Provide healthcare to vulnerable clients by combining telehealth delivered by healthcare professionals with additional supports.
