Anna Logounov’s Mission to Boost Patient Engagement and Self-Management

The Project Plan image is a visual overview of the research studies I am conducting as part of my PhD and how they fit within the Flinders Digital Health Lab‘s scope of work. The image outlines the workflow of the studies, their deliverables, and the actors involved.

The CareMappr image highlights the primary needs of consumers, carers, and clinicians, and indicates where the intervention fits within this context. It focuses on the relationships and roles of each actor.

Both images will be included in my thesis and may be developed further to describe the results of the research once it is completed.

The accompanying visuals were created by Anna in collaboration with scientific visual communication specialists Graphics et al. as part of a DHCRC visual communication activity.

CareMappr intervention
